We always try to have at least one meal a week that is fish. Fish is so healthy for you in so many ways! Tonight was our night for fish this week.
My husband decided to make this on a whim, he googled how to poach fish and created this recipe and it turned out very yummy!
We love this huge skillet we have and as we were searching them up on amazon, we found out The Rock makes them! We are excited about this as we own The Rock pots and now we will be investing in one of these large skillets as well!
Our 6 and 8 year old absolutely loved the fish and side salad, but they had to put soy sauce on their rice, which is fine, as it goes well with it of course! My 15 year old loved it, but he loves all food! He is a football player and powerlifter so he loves his meals!
We love anything Greek flavored, so of course, we loved making and eating this dish.
